Our crisis management experience includes accidents, acts of war, crime and legislation, as well as public and corporate policy and issues management.
Federal Law We campaigned for reform of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act on behalf of former Undersecretary of State Robert A. Monks and Connecticut Mutual Life.
Public Policy We developed an international campaign in favor of normalized US relations with Vietnam on behalf of the government of Vietnam. This included managing a nationwide media tour for Vietnams ambassador to the US and organizing media coverage of official trade events in Vietnam.
Food Scare We represented the Wild Blueberry Association of North America during a tainted food scare.
Antitrust Case We arranged positive coverage in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Oil Daily on behalf of a client who filed an antitrust suit against eight major oil companies.
State Legislation We ran a successful campaign on behalf of the New Jersey Carwash Association against repealing a state law barring gas station premiums.
Homeland Security We provided media liaison for a high-level conference that included ACLU representatives on biometric security measures in New York City in the aftermath of 9/11. We also provided public relations, media relations and media training Services to Protecting The Homeland Innovations, LLC, a security consulting firms serving AMTRAK, TSA, NCIS and other government agencies and mass transit entities.
