Philips International
On behalf of Philips, one of the biggest developers of shopping centers in the US, we launched a campaign to promote Bay State Common, a new Lifestyle Mall in Westborough, Massachusetts, at a time when the general and retail economies were in a slump. We generated interest through our relationships in the real estate and shopping center investment community and through coverage in The Boston Globe, the retail trade press and New England Real Estate Journal.
Home Manufacturing
Our home-manufacturing clients have included Classic Post & Beam, Northeastern Log Homes, Ward Log Homes, National Association of Home Builders Systems Building Council, Portland Glass, Z-Flex Flue-Restoration Systems and SunSpaces.
We developed and oversaw the production and publication of articles on model homes that appeared in national consumer magazines. This included garnering product sponsors including Owens Corning Roofing and Cultured Stone, ReddiForm Insulated Concrete Forms, MOEN, Congoleum, CorrectDeck, Andersen and Therma Tru for a three-part feature article in Field & Stream.
Pirozzolo Company also arranged feature coverage in Good Housekeeping, Popular Mechanics, Country Living, American Hunter, Coastal Living, Forbes and Country Home.
Pirozzolo Company earned first-place honors from the National Association of Homebuilders for the design and production of Ward Log Homes’ 92-page plan book and its magazine advertising.
